Commissioning/Activating Era GLONASS Emergency Call System
NOTIFICATION
Voltage drop
- Irreparable damage to control unit
- Damage to control unit
- Fault entries in the control unit
- Control unit programming/coding is aborted
- Malfunctions in the control unit, even during programming
- Switch off ignition before disconnecting the control unit.
- Make sure that the power supply is not interrupted during programming/coding.
- Connect the battery charger with at least > current 90 A to the vehicle battery.

Make sure that you have sufficient mobile phone and satellite reception.
- Loosen battery ground strap.
- Wait 5 minutes.
- Secure battery ground strap.
- Switch on the ignition.
- Wait 15 minutes.
- Switch off the ignition.
- Loosen battery ground strap.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Secure battery ground strap.
- Switch on the ignition.
- The emergency call button indicator light in the roof console lights up red and turns green after about 4 seconds.

Emergency call system indicator light is still red, continue with Step 12
Emergency call system indicator light is green, continue with Step 16
- Create ticket and contact Technical Support.
- Park the vehicle. Make sure that the parked vehicle has sufficient mobile phone and satellite reception.
- Switch on the ignition in the specified time period.
Time zone - Moscow, Russia: 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- The emergency call button indicator light in the roof console lights up red and turns green.
- Switch off the ignition.
- Switch on the ignition.
- Press the emergency call button in the roof console 5 times within about 20 seconds.

- Follow the instructions shown on the emergency call system.
- Activate the emergency call system according to menu guidance.
