Removing Control Unit For Lane Change Assist

NOTIFICATION 

Voltage peaks 

• Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit 
  1. Switch off ignition and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 5 m).
  2. Switch off electrical loads before disconnecting or removing them.

The Lane Change Assist control unit comprises two control units:

• Lane Change Assist master control unit, right 
• Lane Change Assist slave control unit, left 

1. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  .

2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  .

3. Pull control unit for Lane Change Assist -3-  off the holder and remove it.
