P0536 - Cayenne 9YA - PORSCHE Vehicle Tracking System (PVTS/PVTS Plus)

Introduction 

With the start of the Cayenne 9YA the new Porsche Vehicle Trackings System (PVTS/PVTS Plus) has been launched 

The advantages of the new PVTS (Plus) are

• Customers can buy and activate the PVTS (Plus) service at any time. The necessary hardware is already installed (7G9 for PVTS, 7I2 for PVTS Plus).
• For activation of the PVTS service the customer doesn't have to visit the Porsche Centre. An activation code is no longer required. 
• In case of PVTS Plus:  If the Car Security Package is purchased after the vehicle handover, the customer still needs to come back to the Porsche Centre for activating the Driver Cards.
