Removing Position Sensor

Position sensor on transmission, bottom

1. 1.1 Unscrew screws -3-  and disconnect cable plug -2-  on the position sensor.
2. 1.2 Remove bottom position sensor -1-  .

Information 

• The top position sensor on the transmission can be accessed from the luggage compartment after removing the round body cover  .

  Fold the rear seats over for better access  .

Make sure that the screws do not fall onto the final drive  .

1. 2.1 Unscrew screws -3-  and disconnect cable plug -2-  on top position sensor -1-  .
