Installing Valve Unit

1. 1.1 Position valve unit -1-  .
2. 1.2 Fit and tighten screws -3-  .

   > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

Information 

Check the following before installing the air line:

• Check that the cutting ring -1-  and Voss threaded joint -2-  are still on the air line -3-  .
• Check that the air line is fitted correctly.

Checking air line

Only one marking -1-  on the air line should be visible.

Pull the air line briefly against the insertion direction. If it cannot be pulled out, the air line is fitted correctly.

Checking that air line is fitted correctly

1. 2.1 Push on air lines -3-  and tighten Voss threaded joint -5-  .

   > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.6 ftlb.) 

2. 2.2 Connect air line -2-  and tighten Voss threaded joint -4-  .

   > Tightening torque 2.3 Nm (1.7 ftlb.)
