Removing Anti-Roll Bar (PDCC)

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

1. Remove line bracket -1-  .
   1. 1.1  Unclip clip -2-  .
   2. 1.2  Release and disconnect electric plug connections -3-  .
   3. 1.3  Unclip and remove line bracket -1-  .

2. Loosen wire harness -1-  and remove PDCC control unit holder -2-  .
   1. 2.1  Unclip clip -3-  and move wire harness -1-  aside.
   2. 2.2  Unscrew screws -4-  and remove PDCC control unit holder -2-  .

3. Disconnect ground line -1-  .

   Ground line

   1. 3.1  Screw off nut -2-  .
   2. 3.2  Unclip clips -2 and 3-  .
   3. 3.3  Move ground line -1-  aside.
4. Remove strut -1-  .
   1. 4.1  Unscrew and remove screws -2-  .
   2. 4.2  Unscrew and remove screws -3-  .
   3. 4.3  Unscrew nuts -4-  .
   4. 4.4  Unscrew screws -5-  and remove strut -1-  .

      Strut

5. Loosen anti-roll bar (PDCC) -1-  .
   1. 5.1  Unscrew and remove screws -2-  .

      Replace screws.

   2. 5.2  Remove anti-roll bar clamp -3-  .

6. Remove anti-roll bar (PDCC) -1-  .
   1. 6.1  Pull off holder -2-  .
   2. 6.2  Unscrew and remove screws -3-  .

      Replace screws.

   3. 6.3  Remove anti-roll bar clamp -4-  .
   4. 6.4  Guide anti-roll bar (PDCC) -1-  down out of the vehicle.
