The component cannot be removed without damaging it and must always be replaced.
- Open sliding roof.
- Mask the roof pillar -1-
and windscreen -2-
with adhesive tape.

- Cut carefully. Do not damage the paintwork or windscreen.
- Cut off the foam surround -1-
around the front panoramic roof glass panel using a cutter.

- Cut out front panoramic roof glass panel.

- 4.1 Cut outer adhesive bead -1-
all the way around using > V.A.G 1561B - Electric cutter
and angled blade.

using > VAS 861 001A - Window removal set
