Adjusting Powered Sunroof Mechanism

1. Press both roof hydraulic cylinders -5-  to the lowest position.

2. Install motor for glass sliding roof, but do not connect electric plug connection.

3. Check the position of the drivers -6-  at the left and right.
   1. 3.1 Extend roof hydraulic cylinders manually until the driver -6-  is visible in the opening.
   2. 3.2 Compare the position of the drivers -6-  at the left and right > Measured value 0 mm +/- 1 mm

   Checking position of drivers

   Information 

   The adjustment procedure must be repeated as often as required until the position of the left and right drivers with respect to each other is within the tolerance range.

4. If the position of the drivers -6-  at the left and right is not within the tolerance range:

Adjust the position of the drivers at the left and right.

1. 4.1 Remove motor for glass sliding roof.

2. 4.2 Adjust the position of the drivers -6-  at the left and right.
3. 4.3 Install motor for glass sliding roof, but do not connect electric plug connection.

4. 4.4 Completely extend and close roof hydraulic cylinders at the left and right manually once.
5. 4.5 Extend roof hydraulic cylinders at the left and right manually until the drivers -6-  at the left and right are visible in the opening.
6. 4.6 Compare the position of the drivers -6-  at the left and right > Measured value 0 mm +/- 1 mm
