Drill a hole > Diameter 4 mm

Remove dirt and primer using an end brush > 9399/3 - end brush .

Drill out the bore > Diameter 11 mm

De-burr the bore on both sides.
Fit and tighten blind rivet nut > BLIND RIVET NUT 999.500.196.01 > V.A.G 1765C - Pop Rivet Nut Pliers

Tightening blind rivets
Screw on components using a countersunk screw > COUNTERSUNK SCREW 999.073.549.01
Tighten threaded joint to the specified torque > Tightening torque 15 Nm (11 ftlb.)
