Removing C-Pillar Reinforcement

  1. Drill through clinch points.
    1. 1.1 Drill through clinch points in area -A-  . > Diameter 6.6 mm 
    2. 1.2 Drill through clinch points in area -B-  . > Diameter 4 mm

  2. Only for Panamera Saloon 

    Drill out spotwelds.

  3. Only for Panamera Sport Turismo 

    Drill out spotwelds.

  4. Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower  .

  5. Remove C-pillar reinforcement.

    Information 

    The C-pillar reinforcement baffle will be damaged irreparably during removal and must be replaced.
