Removing Front Roof Outer Section

Drill through clinch points -A- and punch rivets -B- on front roof outer section.
1. 1.1 Drill through clinch points -A- . > Bore diameter 4 mm
2. 1.2 Remove punch rivets -B- using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster .
  > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS
Punch rivets and clinch points
Grind down welded seam.

Welded seam
Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower .

Bonding areas
Remove front roof outer section.
