Note On Repair Variants
Before repairing the front side member (section), check the extent of damage to the vehicle.
The following repairs can be performed, depending on the damage:
- If the longitudinal member in the upper wheel housing is damaged, the support must be removed.
- If the longitudinal member in the upper wheel housing is not damaged, the support can remain on the vehicle. For this repair variant, the support must then be removed from the new front side member (section).
