Installing Antenna Line (GPS Antenna For Pcm)
NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit
→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.
Information
- New electric lines are secured at the mounting points for the old electric lines.
- The damaged electric wire harness remains installed in the vehicle.
- The damaged electric wire harness is only disconnected directly at connected components.
Information
- Make sure not to damage the insulation when installing the electric wire harness.
- Release and disconnect electric plug connection -5-
on GPS antenna -4-

Releasing and pulling off electric plug connection
- Cut off electric plug connections on the damaged antenna line, insulate antenna line and secure it to the main wire harness.
- Route new antenna line along the main wire harness, guide it through the existing cable ducts and secure it to the main wire harness using tie-wraps.

The electric plug connection for PCM is plugged in when installing the PCM.
