Removing Compressor

Information 

The cutting ring -1-  and Voss threaded joint -2-  must remain on the air line -3-  .

Air line

1. Disconnect wiring harness -4-  from the compressor.

   Wiring harness for compressor

   1. 1.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  .
   2. 1.2 Unclip pressure line -2-  from the holder -3-  .
   3. 1.3 Unclip wiring harness -4-  from the underside of the compressor -Arrow-  .
2. Disconnect pressure lines -2-  from the valve block.

   Pressure lines to valve block

   1. 2.1 Unscrew union nuts -1-  .
   2. 2.2 Pull off pressure lines -2-  .
3. Remove pressure line -1-  and suction line -3-  from the compressor.

   Lines on compressor

   1. 3.1 Unscrew union nut -2-  .
   2. 3.2 Pull off pressure line -1-  .
   3. 3.3 Carefully release sleeve -4-  on the suction line -3-  using a screwdriver and pull off suction line -3-  .
4. Unclip pressure lines -1-  from the holder -Arrow-  .

5. Unclip pressure lines -1-  and suction line -2-  from the holder -Arrow-  .

6. Unscrew screws -1-  and remove compressor unit -2-  .
