Removing Balance Shaft Drive Wheel

- Remove balance shaft bracing wheel -1-

Insert special tool >
T40362 - Locking tool
as far as it will go into the cut-out on the balance shaft bracing wheel -1-
.
Then turn it 180° clockwise to lock the backlash compensation.
- 1.2 Loosen and unscrew screw -2- and counter the crankshaft at the previously fitted special tool > T40049 - Special wrench .

Remove balance shaft bracing wheel -1-

Insert special tool >
T40362 - Locking tool
as far as it will go into the cut-out on the balance shaft bracing wheel -1-
.
- Turn special tool > T40362 - Locking tool 180° anti-clockwise and pull it out of the balance shaft bracing wheel.
