Removing Crankshaft Vibration Damper (V6 Turbo)

  1. Fit counterhold tool T40330/1.

    Counterhold tool T40330 on vibration balancer

    1. 1.1  Turn the crankshaft so that counterhold tool T40330/1  can be fitted.
    2. 1.2  Fit adapter T40330/4 -2-  to the crankshaft vibration damper using counterhold tool T40330/1 -4-  .
    3. 1.3  Fit spacer sleeve T40330/3 -3-  underneath, then fit and tighten screw -Arrow-  .
      • Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 
    4. 1.4  Loosen and unscrew screw -1-  .
  2. Remove counterhold tool T40330/1. 
  3. Remove crankshaft vibration damper.
