Removing Left Charge-Air Cooler

  1. Disconnect pressure hoses -1 to 3-  .

    Pressure hoses on left charge-air cooler

    1. 1.1  Loosen screw-type clamps -4-  .
    2. 1.2  Disconnect pressure hoses -1 to 3-  from charge-air cooler.
    3. 1.3  Close off connections using suitable stoppers.
  2. Release and disconnect electric plug connection for pressure sensor -1-  .

  3. Remove charge-air cooler -1-  .

    1. 3.1  Unscrew screws on charge-air cooler -2-  .
    2. 3.2  Remove charge-air cooler -1-  .
