Installing Hydraulic Valve For Valve Lift Switchover

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Replace screws on hydraulic valve for valve lift switchover.
- 1.2
Tighten screws on hydraulic valve for valve lift switchover.
Initial tightening 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)
Torque angle + 90°
- 1.3
Tighten screws for ground lines.
> Tightening - torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
- 1.4 Only after removing hydraulic valve for valve lift adjustment on right cylinder bank:
Tighten screws on torque support bracket.
> Tightening - torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.)
