Installing Striker Pin

  1. Position striker pin (lock peg) -1-  and screw in screws -2-  . Locking clip - bend facing inside of vehicle.

    Lock peg

  2. Carefully close the front door and check that the lock peg is positioned correctly with respect to the lock.
  3. If necessary, adjust the striker pin as required.
  4. Tighten screws to > Tightening - torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.) 
  5. Check position of front door and adjust it if necessary.
