Removing Telephone Console/Connection Box

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling EPD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts. 

1. Pull telephone console/connection box on telephone console upwards and disengage it from centre console storage compartment.

2. Take out the centre console lining mat.

3. Remove telephone console.
   1. 3.1  Unscrew screws from telephone console.

   2. 3.2  Unclip telephone console from connection box holder and remove it.

4. Release and disconnect electric plug connections for the connection box.

5. Unclip and remove connection box circuit board.
