Removing FLOORPAN

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

Installation position of floorpan

Remove connection bracket.

1.1 Drill through marked punch rivets from below using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 6.6 mm .
1.2 Unscrew and remove flow drill screws -2- .
1.3 Heat the marked bonding surfaces.

1.4 Remove connection bracket -1 - .

Mark and make cuts. > Distance 35 mm > Distance 35 mm
Make a cut -arrows- as shown along the beading in the firewall plate -2- .
1. 3.1 Drill through punch rivets using a drill bit with a diameter of > Diameter 6.6 mm .

Heat the marked bonding areas of the lower firewall section -2- .

Heat up bonding areas.

6.1 Remove floorpan by pulling it up.
