Removing Outer Side Member (Front Section)

Loosen connection points on one side only. Do not damage the sheet-metal panel underneath.

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

Information

Mark cuts X in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 3 cm with respect to the body.

Drill out spotwelds using > Nr.129 - spotweld drill; see Gr. 2.4; Werkshop Equipment Service Information.
