Drill out spotwelds A through two plate thicknesses.

Installation position of upper front roof frame

Drill through spotwelds in area -A- using a > Nr.129 - spotweld drill; see Gr. 2.4; Workshop Equipment Service Information.

Loosen connection points on one side only. Do not damage the sheet-metal panel underneath.

Heat bonding surfaces on top and bottom half of the roof frame.

2.1 Remove roof frame completely.
