Removing And Installing Front Apron

Information 

• Only for vehicles with headlight cleaning system. 

Information 

• A tight hose can be pulled off more easily after heating it with a hot-air gun. 
• Collect washer fluid in a suitable container. 

Information 

The help of another person is required.

1. Unscrew and remove screws -2-  at the bottom of the front apron -1-  .

2. Unscrew and remove screws -2-  at the left and right sides of the front apron -1-  .

3. Unclip washer-fluid hose -1-  from the body in the left wheel housing area and disconnect it.

4. Disconnect electric plug connection -1-  in the left wheel housing.

5. Disconnect electric plug connections -1-  in the right wheel housing.

6. Carefully lift up covers in the headlight area and loosen locking mechanisms -1-  using > T10118 - assembly tool  .

7. Unscrew and remove screws -2-  at the top of the front apron -1-  .
8. Remove front apron -1-  .

9. Installation is performed in reverse order.
