Assembling Disc Wheel

  1. Check the thread of the aeroblades for soiling and damage. Clean the thread if necessary and replace aeroblade if damaged.

    Marking on back of aeroblades (example)

    • The allocation of aeroblades to the front and rear axle and the respective side of the vehicle is indicated accordingly on the back. 
    • Rolling direction arrow indicates the respective side of the vehicle. 
    • The marking FL means front left 
    • The marking FR means front right 
    • The marking RL means rear left 
    • The marking RR means rear right 
  2. Fit aeroblades.

    Aeroblade mounting

    1. 2.1  Tighten screws -1-  using > VAS 6253A - Torque wrench, 0.4-2 Nm (0.3-1.5 ftlb.)  to > Tightening torque 2 Nm  .
