Removing Water Drain Hose

  1. Unclip clamping washer -2-  and lift up firewall sound absorber -1-  until the water drain on the outer firewall -3-  is accessible.

  2. Remove water drain on outer firewall -1-  .
    1. 2.1 Loosen water drain on outer firewall -1-  from the studs -2-  and pull it off the water drain hose in the interior -3-  .

  3. Unclip clamping washers -2-  and remove crash pad -1-  .

  4. Remove water drain hose in the interior -1-  .
    1. 4.1 Unclip clip -2-  .
    2. 4.2 Pull water drain hose in the interior -1-  off connection piece for heating/fresh-air unit -3-  .
    3. 4.3 Pull rubber sleeve for water drain hose in the interior -4-  towards the footwell and out of the firewall -5-  .
    4. 4.4 Remove water drain hose in the interior -1-  .
