Perform potential equalization measurement.

Install high-voltage distributor mounting.

Perform insulation measurement.

3.1 Connect > VAS 6558A/30 - high-voltage test adapter to high-voltage line (from voltage converter to air-conditioning compressor). Leave the second connection open.

3.2 Test HV+ to ground.
3.3 Test HV- to ground.

Start the high-voltage system.

Add refrigerant.

Perform function test for interior cooling and high-voltage battery cooling using the PIWIS Tester.
1. 6.1 PIWIS Tester must be connected to the vehicle and switched on.
2. 6.2 Establishing operational readiness/Ignition on.
3. 6.3 Start diagnostics.
4. 6.4 Select Thermal management control unit .
5. 6.5 Select Maintenance/repairs
6. 6.6 Select the menu item Teach electric air-conditioning compressor and press F12 to continue.
7. 6.7 Follow the instructions on the Tester.
If the electric air-conditioning compressor was replaced: Perform automatic programming
