Removing Servo Motor For Front Right Temperature Mixing Flap
NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to electrical load or to the control unit
→ End driving readiness and keep transmitter key outside of the transmission range (at least 5 m).
→ Switch off electrical loads before disconnecting or removing them.
- Remove heat exchanger supply and return pipes -1 and 2-
.
- 1.1 Unscrew screw -3- and remove holder -4- .
- 1.2 Unclip temperature sensor clip -5- .
- 1.3 Loosen V-band clamps -6- and remove heat exchanger supply and return pipes -1 and 2- .

- Disconnect electric line -2-
from the air intake tract -1-
.
- 2.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connections -3- .
- 2.2 Unclip electric line -2- from the holders -4- .

- Disconnect electric line -2-
from the evaporator housing -1-
.
- 3.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -3- .
- 3.2 Unclip electric line -2- from holder -4- .

- Remove evaporator housing -1-
.
- 4.1 Unscrew and remove screws -2- .
- 4.2 Pull evaporator housing -1- out of the guide lugs -3- and remove it.

- Remove servo motor for front right temperature mixing flap -1-
.
- 5.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connection -2- .
- 5.2 Unscrew and remove screws -3- .
- 5.3 Remove servo motor for front right temperature mixing flap -1- .
