Installing Servo Motor For Front Right Temperature Mixing Flap

1. Install servo motor for front right temperature mixing flap -1-  .
   1. 1.1 Position servo motor for front right temperature mixing flap -1-  .
   2. 1.2 Screw in and tighten screws -3-  .

      > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.) 

   3. 1.3 Connect and lock electric plug connection -2-  .

2. Install evaporator housing -1-  .
   1. 2.1 Fit evaporator housing -1-  on the guide lugs -3-  .
   2. 2.2 Screw in and tighten screws -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1.1 ftlb.)

3. Secure electric line -2-  to the evaporator housing -1-  .
   1. 3.1 Clip electric line -2-  into the holder -4-  .
   2. 3.2 Connect and lock electric plug connection -3-  .

4. Secure electric line -2-  to the air intake tract -1-  .
   1. 4.1 Clip electric line -2-  into the holders -4-  .
   2. 4.2 Connect and lock electric plug connections -3-  .

5. Check O-rings -3-  on the heat exchanger supply and return pipes -1 and 2-  for damage, replace them if necessary and check that the grommet -4-  is fitted correctly.

6. Install heat exchanger supply and return pipes -1 and 2-  .
   1. 6.1 Position heat exchanger supply and return pipes -1 and 2-  .
   2. 6.2 Tighten V-band clamps -6-  .

      > Tightening torque 1.8 Nm (1.3 ftlb.) 

   3. 6.3 Clip in temperature sensor clip -5-  .
   4. 6.4 Position holder -4-  and tighten screws -3-  .

      > Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1.1 ftlb.)
