Installing Heat EXCHANGER Hose

→ Only appropriately trained and authorized persons are permitted to work on high-voltage vehicles and components.
→ Required qualification: High voltage technician or high voltage expert.
→ Observe national requirements and legislation for this work.
→ Always use insulated tools, e.g. > VAS 6883 - Insulated Tool Set when working on these components.
→ Observe general warning notes for working on the high-voltage system.

- Install heat exchanger hose -1-
.
- 1.1 Fit heat exchanger hose -1- to heat exchanger -2- and additional coolant pump -3- .
- 1.2 Fasten spring band clamps -5- using > VAS 6891 - Spring Band Clamp Pliers .
- 1.3 Clip in clip -4- .
Heat exchanger hose
- Position electric line -3-
and attach clip -1-
onto cross member -2-
.

Information
Check that the high-voltage connectors are engaged fully by carrying out a visual inspection and by pulling gently on the high-voltage connectors.
- Position high-voltage lines, then attach and lock electric plug connections -2 and 3-
