Overview Of Adapters - Taycan

Tightening torques for the adapters are identical to the tightening torques used for the original components.

Model line/adapter	Dryer	Check valve	Electric air-conditioning compressor	Refrigerant lines on air-conditioning compressor
Taycan	Remove dryer and connect both refrigerant lines using > VAS 6338/76 -adapter . Install new dryer after cleaning.	Remove check valve and replace it with > VAS 6338/47 - shut-off valves. Install new check valve if the air-conditioning compressor is seized up.	The electric air-conditioning compressor must be cleaned separately and not in the flushing circuit. > 873429 CLEANING ELECTRIC AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR Remove air-conditioning compressor. Screw > VAS 6338/40 - adapter and > VAS 6338/41 -adapter to the electric air-conditioning compressor.	Remove defective air-conditioning compressor and connect the refrigerant lines to > VAS 6338/3 - adapter , > VAS 6338/79 - adapter and the > VAS 6338/31 -connecting hose . Install new air-conditioning compressor after cleaning.
