Removing Radiator

  1. Detach the radiator from the cooling fan housing.
    1. 1.1  Unscrew screw using > VAS 6959 - Torx screwdriver insert T30  through the opening -3-  and pull the radiator -2-  off the guides for the cooling fan housing.

  2. Remove radiator -4-  .

    Mounting and coolant hoses for radiator

    1. 2.1  Position a suitable container under the radiator to catch emerging coolant.
    2. 2.2  Open spring band clamps -1-  and pull off coolant hoses -2-  .
    3. 2.3  Close off line connections using suitable stoppers.
