Installing Radiator With Cooling Fan Housing

WARNING: Caustic fluids

Danger of chemical burns
- Wear personal protective gear.
- Ensure that there is good ventilation.
- Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
- If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.

Move radiator into installation position and fit all screws hand-tight.
Press radiator at the side downwards -Arrow- and set a distance of > Adjustment value 10 mm -x- .

Secure radiator and coolant hoses.

Mounting and coolant hoses for radiator
1. 3.1 Tighten screws -3- .
  > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
2. 3.2 Push on coolant hoses -2- and tighten spring band clamps -1- .
  Check that the coolant hoses and spring band clamps are fitted correctly.

Secure wire harness and radiator.

Wire harness on radiator
1. 4.1 Tighten screw -1- .
  > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
2. 4.2 Position wire harness and clip in clips -2- .
3. 4.3 Connect cable plug -3- and check that it is fitted securely.
