Removing Electric Fan

Information

1. Disconnect wiring harness.

   Wiring harness on radiator

   1. 1.1  Detach clips -2-  .
   2. 1.2  Release and unplug cable -3-  .
   3. 1.3  Set wiring harness aside.
2. Release radiator from the cooling fan housing.
   1. 2.1  Remove screw -1-  using > VAS 6959 - Torx screwdriver insert T30  through opening -3-  and pull radiator -2-  from the cooling fan housing guides.

      Information 

      The coolant hoses remain connected, the cooling system does not need to be opened.

   2. 2.2  Place radiator -1-  on a suitable base (for example transmission jack) -2-  and secure it to the body with a cable tie -3-  .

      Removing electric fan
