Disassembling Shock Absorbers

  1. Remove the -1-  shock absorber mounting.
    1. 1.1  Unscrew -2-  nut using > T10001 - the shock absorber set  while at the same time holding back the multiple-tooth screw of the piston rod -3-  .
    2. 1.2  Remove shock absorber mount -1-  from piston rod -3-  .

  2. Pull supporting washer -1-  from piston rod -2-  .

    Support washer

  3. Remove stop buffer -1-  and protective sleeve -2-  .
    1. 3.1  Pull stop buffer -1-  with protective sleeve -2-  from the piston rod.
    2. 3.2  Pull stop buffer -1-  from protective sleeve -2-  .
