Installing Anti-Roll Bar

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

Information 

Threaded joints must only be tightened in zero position to prevent warping in the bearings.

1. Install -1-  anti-roll bar
   1. 1.1  Position anti-roll bar -1-  .
   2. 1.2  Position anti-roll bar clamps -3-  , fit new  screws -2-  .

2. Install strut -1-  .
   1. 2.1  Position strut -1-  .
   2. 2.2  Fit and tighten screws -4-  .

      > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

   3. 2.3  Fit and tighten nuts -3-  .

      > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 

   4. 2.4  Fit and tighten screws -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)

3. Secure ground line -1-  .

   Ground line

   1. 3.1  Position ground line -1-  .
   2. 3.2  Screw on and tighten nut -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3.25 ftlb.) 

   3. 3.3  Clip in clips -2 and 3-  .

4. Install line bracket -1-  .
