Removing Upper Control Arm

Information 

Once PDCC is ready for operation, chassis adjustments can be made. To avoid injury/crushing, only work near the anti-roll bar, lower trailing arms and bellows of the steering gear without establishing operational readiness and always allow for the run-on time of 60 seconds.

1. Loosen upper control arm -1-  from wheel bearing housing.
   1. 1.1  Unscrew nut -2-  and counter at screw -3-  at the same time.
   2. 1.2  Remove screw -3-  and loosen upper control arm -1-  from wheel bearing housing.

2. Remove upper control arm -1-  .
   1. 2.1  Unscrew nut -2-  and counter at screw -3-  at the same time.
   2. 2.2  Remove screw -3-  and guide upper control arm -1-  out of the rear axle housing.
