Installing Strut

Information 

When installing the strut, make sure that the part ID is at the top.

1. Install strut -1-  .
   1. 1.1  Position strut -1-  on cross panel -3-  and screw in screws -2-  .
   2. 1.2  Screw in and tighten new  screws -4-  .

      > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

      > Torque angle + 50 ° 

   3. 1.3  Tighten screws -2-  .

      > Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)

2. Clip in clip -1-  .

3. Secure electric lines and bracket.

   Electric lines on strut

   1. 3.1  Screw in and tighten screw on bracket -4-  .

      > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

   2. 3.2  Clip in clip -3-  on electric line into strut.
   3. 3.3  Insert electric plug connections -1-  in holder -2-  .
