Installing Right Anti-Roll Bar Mount

1. 1.1  Position right anti-roll bar mount -1-  .
2. 1.2  Screw in new  screw -7-  , but do not tighten yet.
3. 1.3  Screw in screws -6-  , but do not tighten yet.
4. 1.4  Insert new  screw -3-  .
5. 1.5  Screw on new  nut -2-  , but do not tighten yet.
6. 1.6  Insert screw -5-  .
7. 1.7  Screw on and tighten nut -4-  and counter at screw -5-  .

   > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

8. 1.8  Tighten screws -6-  .

   > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

9. 1.9  Tighten nut -2-  and counter at screw -3-  .

   > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Torque angle + 180 ° 

10. 1.10  Tighten screw -7-  .

    > Tightening torque 70 Nm (52 ftlb.) 

    > Torque angle +180 °

Right mounting saddle

1. 2.1  Screw in and tighten new  screws -1-  .

   > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Torque angle + 45 ° 

1. 1.1  Position right anti-roll bar mount -1-  .
2. 1.2  Screw in new  screw -7-  , but do not tighten yet.
3. 1.3  Screw in screws -6-  , but do not tighten yet.
4. 1.4  Insert new  screw -3-  .
5. 1.5  Screw on new  nut -2-  , but do not tighten yet.
6. 1.6  Insert screw -5-  .
7. 1.7  Screw on nut -4-  , tighten using > 9768 - electronic torque wrench, 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.)  and counter it screw -5-  at the same time.

   > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

8. 1.8  Tighten screws -6-  using > 9768 - electronic torque wrench, 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.)  .

   > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

9. 1.9  Tighten nut -2-  using > VAS 6942 - torque/torque angle wrench, 20-400 Nm (15-296 ftlb.)  countering at screw -3-  .

   > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Torque angle + 180 ° 

10. 1.10  Tighten screw -7-  using > VAS 6942 - torque/torque angle wrench, 20-400 Nm (15-296 ftlb.)  .

    > Tightening torque 70 Nm (52 ftlb.) 

    > Torque angle +180 °

    Right anti-roll bar mount

1. 2.1  Screw in new  screws -3-  .
2. 2.2  Remove > VAS 6931 - transmission and engine jack  from frame for replacement structure -1-  .
3. 2.3  Tighten screws -3-  using > 9768 - electronic torque wrench, 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.)  .

   > Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Torque angle 45 °
