Removing Front Anti-Roll Bar

Information 

The PDCC system can be active when operational readiness is established (even when the vehicle is stationary). To avoid injury/crushing, only work near the anti-roll bar, lower trailing arms and bellows of the steering gear when operational readiness is deactivated and always allow for the run-on time of 60 seconds.

1. Release and disconnect electric plug connection -1-  for anti-roll bar.

2. Disconnect electric wiring harness for anti-roll bar -1-  .
   1. 2.1  Unscrew screw -2-  .
   2. 2.2  Release and disconnect electric plug connections for anti-roll bar -3-  .
   3. 2.3  Unclip clips -4-  .
   4. 2.4  Secure electric plug connections for anti-roll bar -3-  to the wire using adhesive tape and guide electric wiring harness for anti-roll bar -1-  downwards.

3. Remove anti-roll bar -1-  .
   1. 3.1  Open retaining clips -2-  and remove electric wiring harness for anti-roll bar -3-  .
   2. 3.2  Unclip clips -4-  .
   3. 3.3  Unscrew screws -5-  and replace them.
   4. 3.4  Remove anti-roll bar clamps -6-  together with holders.
   5. 3.5  Guide anti-roll bar -1-  down out of the vehicle.
