Preliminary Work

  1. Remove hub cap.

    > 441519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HUB CAPS

    Information 

    The help of another person is required.

  2. Loosen nut on drive shaft -1-  .
    1. 2.1  Get another person to help by pressing the brake.
    2. 2.2  Loosen nut on drive shaft -1-  .

  3. Raise the vehicle.

    > 4X00IN LIFTING THE VEHICLE

  4. For vehicles with air suspension system:  Release air from the levelling system.

    > 430117 BLEEDING AND FILLING THE LEVELLING SYSTEM

  5. Remove wheel.

    > 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL

  6. Remove front brake disc.

    > 465019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT BRAKE DISC

    > 465119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT PCCB BRAKE DISC

  7. Remove connecting link for anti-roll bar.

    > 407819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONNECTING LINK FOR ANTI-ROLL BAR
