Information 

This document is designed to help you during fault finding in the event of a customer complaint if the cause or a problem:

• is not immediately apparent or was not caused by an accident  .
• Existing damage or defects should also be evaluated by an expert  .

If a customer complains that the steering wheel is shaking, vibrating or misaligned, the trailing arm/wheel bearing housing joint may be damaged  .

This may be the result of a front wheel hitting the kerb or a similar obstacle, for example.
