Securing Front Brake Calliper

Get another person to help by holding the brake calliper!

Position of fixing element for brake calliper in wheel housing

1. 1.1  Remove tie-wrap -2-  and then remove front brake calliper.
2. 1.2  Make sure not to damage the brake lines on the brake calliper.

Front brake calliper

1. 2.1  Position brake calliper -1-  .
2. 2.2  Screw in and tighten new screws -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 30 Nm (22 ftlb.) 

> Torque angle 90 ° 

1. 3.1  Engage front brake line -1-  in holder -6-  and clip in spring clamp -5-  .
2. 3.2  Screw in and tighten screw -4-  .

   > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

3. 3.3  Clip electric line for ABS -2-  into holder -3-  .
