Installing Spreader Device (Actuator)

Clean the spreader device (actuator).

1. 1.1  Carefully clean the spreader device (actuator) using suitable aids, making sure not to damage the dust boots.
2. 1.2  Perform a visual inspection of the spreader device (actuator). In particular, check the dust boots for cracks or other damage.

1. 2.1  Position spreader device (actuator) -1-  .
2. 2.2  Fit and tighten new screws -3-  .

   > Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Final tightening 60 ° 

3. 2.3  Connect and lock electric plug connection -2-  .

Spreader device (actuator)

1. 3.1  Position brake disc cover plate -1-  .
2. 3.2  Fit and tighten screws -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
