Preliminary Work

Information 

Before starting to remove the instrument cluster  , the fuse for the instrument cluster must be removed from the fuse box.

Read out the installation position of the fuse from the wiring diagram for the vehicle - Fuse assignment, sheet 1, fuse box on left of dashboard  .

Observe handling instructions for instrument cluster.

1. When replacing the instrument cluster.

   > 902555 REPLACING INSTRUMENT CLUSTER 

2. Pull out fuse for instrument cluster.

   Only for vehicles with optional windscreen projection

3. Unclip cover of windscreen projection by pulling it upwards and remove it.

4. Unclip cover for instrument cluster by pulling it upwards and remove it.
