Installing Servo Motor For Rear Axle Steering

Information 

Eccentric threaded joints must only be tightened in zero position! If this is not done, the mounts can become warped.

1. Install servo motor for rear axle steering -1-  .
   1. 1.1  Position servo motor for rear axle steering -1-  .
   2. 1.2  Screw in new screws -5 to 8-  and tighten in the sequence -5 to 8-  .

      > Tightening torque 70 Nm (52 ftlb.) 

      > Torque angle + 90 ° 

   3. 1.3  Copy marking on the eccentric threaded joints to new eccentric threaded joints.
   4. 1.4  Insert new eccentric screws -3-  .
   5. 1.5  Insert eccentric washers -4-  with angle position marking facing outwards.
   6. 1.6 Fit new  nuts -2-  but do not tighten yet.

2. Connect and lock electric plug connections -2 and 3-  .
