Installing Glove Compartment Lock

Install safety clips -1- .
1. 1.1 Open handle -2- and keep it open.
2. 1.2 Align safety clip -1- with the wide opening towards the lock -Arrows- .
3. 1.3 Insert safety clip -1- into the handle -2- .

Safety clips
Insert glove compartment lock -1- with emergency key inserted -2- into the handle until it engages securely.

Emergency key
Perform a function test with the glove compartment lid open.
