Emerging fuel
- Risk of fire
→ Disconnect the battery.
→ Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.
→ Allow engine to cool down.
→ Relieve the fuel pressure before opening the fuel lines.
→ Collect emerging fuel, absorb it if necessary with a suitable binding material and dispose of properly.
→ Use suction to remove ignitable vapours.
→ Attach warning sign to vehicle in a clearly visible position.
- Disconnect fuel line -1- at the fuel pump -arrow- .
- Unclip fuel line -1- from the holder -2- and guide it out.
