Installing Catalytic Converter

- Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
- 1.1 Fit new seal on primary catalytic converter/catalytic converter flange.
- 1.2 Fit new nuts on primary catalytic converter/catalytic converter flange.
- 1.3 Nuts securing primary catalytic converter flange to catalytic converter > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
- 1.4 Ball clamp securing catalytic converter to exhaust system > Tightening torque 35 Nm (26 ftlb.)
- 1.5 Screw for catalytic converter holder > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.)
