Removing Exhaust Flap Actuator

CAUTION: Hot components 
  • Risk of burns 

    → Let hot components cool down.

    → Wear personal protective gear.

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

  1. Remove exhaust flap actuator.
    1. 1.1 Release and disconnect cable plug -1-  from exhaust flap actuator -2-  .
    2. 1.2 Unscrew screws -3-  on exhaust flap actuator -2-  .
    3. 1.3 Remove exhaust flap actuator -2-  from rear silencer -4-  .
